An Exclusive Insurance Program for Community Action Agencies

The Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, designed to fight America’s war on poverty, ushered in the establishment of Community Action Agencies (CAAs) throughout the United States to help individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency. These non-profit private and public organizations are a primary source for more than 34.5 million people who live in poverty in our country, according to the Community Action Partnership. Today, there are more than 1,000 CAAs operating in the U.S., which include food banks, battered women’s shelters, rape crisis centers, thrift stores, and halfway houses, among many others.

When you partner with Care Providers, you work with a staff that understands the types of diverse challenges CAAs face and how each exposure can significantly impact an organization’s budget and ability to function when not properly addressed. We carry the pen for the program, and have the ability to respond to you and your insured’s needs immediately, and customize a plan to reflect the scope of a specific operation. You and your insureds can also rely on our claim team’s expertise to reach a responsive and fair resolution.
